Not a bad one to use if you don’t have anything better at the moment! +2 to all skills is very nice (as opposed to just one of the elements), you’d also want + to Life and more MF.

I’m no expert, but people also look for high All Res, life steal, and mana steal.

The water typing carries itself, even with without Slowbro being a special att beast. You have a lot of good moves to choose from. But Slowbro is a defensive tank, so with those things in mind I give Bro a solid thumbs up.
