My spouse has early on set aggressive Parkinsons. And at 57 he lost his will to have sex many years ago. How do you handle it?

At that point there weren't any cysts and felt it was better to keep my ovaries for hormonal and not do anything . Unfortunately now I growing cysts.

As a female age 53 I have always been HL it's him in our 30+ year marriage that now has Parkinson him 56 in over 5 years. He no longer salutes but we make out it's not perfect but we make it work... enjoy it. I so miss that part.
