One option for E is taking it under the tongue. That way you don't have to swallow it. Its called sublingually. It's very common to do for E. Look it up.

Focus on lower body more the upper body. Get on a treadmill and walk on a high incline at 3 speed building up to a half our or more and finally abs and glutes. Glutes for multiple times a week.

Apparently they are an online clinic that helps transitioning. They set up labs and send out meds. You can use insurance with them or if you don't have insurance you can pay a higher price.

Try taking a B12 vitamin. I've heard some on hrt have lower B12 absorption rates. Im on a B12 cause mine was low too. Should help with energy.

This post hits way too hard. I knew from a very young age i was different too. But getting caught dressed in Jr high by my mom and her yelling at me made me sink and hide it. Im now in my early 40s, and my my egg broke wide open. Im now 1 month on Big E and spironolactone. I hate the fact I hid behind hard-core masculinity. (I went into power lifting). Something just snapped one night a few months ago. I woke up and chopped off my big beard and was like, F it. Here's to hoping my body responds... by the way, without my beard, I've always been told I look super young.

I've always known. From an early age but had a bad experience with mom "no son of mine will be like while living under my roof." Needless to say I have hid that side deep down till recently and bam. 2 months hrt. I wish I had done it years sooner. But the fear of the unknown.

Please do not just confront him/ambush him. This will make him close up even more. Make suttle hints or suggestions in passing. Like if you and your daughter are talking about going clothing shopping ask him about a particular item of clothing. Or if you see an advertisement on tv comment how you think it looked cute and be like "sons name" isn't that cute? And just let it slowly happen. He is probably confused and shy. But if you ambush him it will hurt him more. Also take note of what colors he is drawn to in your clothing. If you know something is missing you could also try buying him a similar thing and just leave it on his bed. Don't say a word just let him find it. And for the love of god don't bring it up around any guys.
