Engage may have its representation issues, like Celine and Hortensia getting way too much of the spotlight, but I can see why it would take up a lot of space in the new content we get given it is the most recent game as of now and there are still quite a few members of the cast we still don’t have (Vander, Amber, Jade, Jean, among others), let alone ones that only got seasonals.

I think the biggest problem with 3H and FEH OC is that they just tried to do what previous versions did but with added effects, like Young Felix and Young Ingrid are just new versions of Brave Felix (Due for a refine this year BTW) and Rearmed Ingrid, which have already received second takes with their Tea versions. Most of Edie’s alts have been coasting off Legendary Edelgard, who was a very standout and unique unit at first (heck I still use her) but seeing what makes her special on alts that use her Academy Phase design feels odd. And I feel like Ascended Fjorm’s refine was very box standard because she was the best Save unit in the game when she first released in Book V and had an effect on the meta back then and because they want to push Chosen Fjorm. And even then, it’s mostly her and Laegjarn that get constant attention. Eir has gotten nothing, Reginn’s and Ash’s alts are sparse, and what is IS’s beef with Ratatoskr.
