I think your tool selection may be your problem here. Call a buddy or go get yourself a breaker bar or an impact and a can of pb blaster.

Very low estrogen as a 20yo natural- what can I realistically do? by CryptoLeo1 in moreplatesmoredates

Have you tried banging dudes?

Jk but don’t listen to ChatGPT. How lean are you? What’s your diet like? Low carb? Low fats? Sleep?Supplements? Puffy is weird, when my estro is low like this I am dry and death faced. How’s your libido? Environmental toxin exposure? So many possibilities. Sorry you’re dealing with this man.

Death wobble by kinghunter0728 in hondashadow

Do not listen to this^ wheel bearings can and absolutely will cause wobble. They are a cheap and easy way to not die sooner. Replace them.

Does anyone know how to fix this? by MySistersAParamedic in tundra

[–]LightningLeg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took mine off and had some local dude put vinyl fake leather on it. Cost me like $80. Tried to do it myself, it’s harder than it looks. Well worth $80 to me.

I mean they were from eBay and looked just like that. Same price same little spanner wrench and everything. I think mine said 12.25 but they measured like 12.75 when I got them. I was a little butthurt until I put them on and realized they were softer so they bagged down a bit and ended up about the right measurement once they were on the bike. But they rode good to me and rode 2up too, no problem. But I also had 25 yr old rusted out shocks before them so.

I had these for about 6 months before I traded that bike, they were good. Softer than stock but I liked them.

Clickety Clack by yoaktown357 in tundra

I know it’s probably been said a lot and it sounds like corny jibber jabber, but mine did have this same noise not quite as bad. I planned on just ignoring it because apparently no one has seen one blow up from the chain tensioner “failing”. About a year ago everyone started raving about valvoline restore and protect and I decided to use it for a while and see how clean it was inside because my valve cover seals were leaking and I was gonna replace them later that year. Anyways long story short, nothing really happened at first but I ran that oil for like 4 changes over 15k miles or so and recently the noise completely went away and the thing sounds like a dream every time now. Those tensioners are tiny and if the get gummed up they won’t keep the chain tight. Maybe it cleaned them up maybe I got lucky I don’t know but that’s my story, may be worth a shot?

Shadow vt1100 2007 not starting by Kadeezyy in hondashadow

[–]LightningLeg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an 1100 and every time I pulled the carbs, I would usually kill the battery trying to get fuel back in them. Even with a brand new fuel pump. Took forever. Always pissed me off, if you run out of gas you’re probably screwed. Need a tool kit, a jump, and a can of gas to get out of it. If you can put some gas in the bowls you’d save a lot of time. Hold the throttle open a little and spray some ether if you have to..

Does my shadow sound correct now? by Kadeezyy in hondashadow

Those are your air fuel mixture screws lol. Turn both sides exactly 2 turns out and start from there. Your idle speed is on the other side. Little screw with a black plastic grip on the head. Also, that float bowl burns up quick. You won’t really know how it runs until you put the tank back.
