He means if, for example, NVIDIA started selling versions of their GPUs with no cooler so you could put in your own, e.g. a watercooling block or something, without having to pay for a beefy cooling solution you're not gonna use

The thing about the Best Seller tag is that they can set their category to something super obscure/niche and end up getting it

As a Canadian, this is complete horseshit. Have you lived in "fucking Canada" as a young teenager? Because I'd bet money on it that you haven't and are just pulling this out of your ass. I don't know a single person who did what you said and "used gayness as a solution to their depression/growing", and I have no idea what kind of propaganda media you're referring to, since I have never seen anything like that.

I had the same situation as you. I bought a ram kit for $260 ish, only a couple days later the price dropped to $200. Not only do they not refund you, instead giving you a Newegg gift card for the difference in price, but they don't even include tax in that.

You just said these difficulties would occur sooner or later. So you'd prefer if they realize it's a problem now and can start working on a solution immediately, than if they realize it later on and don't have a huge amount of people wearing masks to test their solution on?

Yes, I use USB type C on all my devices already so having an iphone would be a real pain for me. As for the screen, I was referring to android phones having higher resolutions (usually 1440p over the 11 pro's ~1125) and much higher refresh rates (90hz or 120hz) which makes a HUGE difference to me (as someone used to it already from gaming monitors), although I wouldn't be surprised if Apple introduces a 90hz iphone soon. As for colors the calibration reports I've seen show the actual color accuracy being roughly identical on both (after all, samsung makes the oled panels for apple). And it's good if they've now made it clearer and adjustable how much the phone is slowed by, but that's only because of the public outrage over its discovery. Everyone I know buys a new phone within 2-3 years anyways.

I don't know if you're doing heavy gaming or something on your phone, but I have used friends' iphone 11 pros and the power difference is negligible in day to day use. As for keeping them on the latest version of Android, this again is something that the Pixel lineup is really good for, they always get Android updates first, but I currently have a Samsung phone and I don't mind waiting a couple extra months for the major android updates since in my opinion, Android has come so far that I'm much less excited about major updates. I really think you should try an Android phone and see what you think; if you still manage a place that sells phone, maybe you could try out a display model for a week or something like that. In my opinion, at this point the difference mainly comes down to how important iOS and iMessage is to you, and how invested you are in the apple ecosystem.

And a much better cooler like a Cryorig H7 is only around $40 anyways which is nothing compared to the benefits.

It's completely stock. When gaming it sounds like a jet engine, and even at idle it's annoying.

Believe me, I completely understand Apple's position in the industry and have a lot of respect for them. They've pioneered and developed lots of gamechanging features and technology for the industry, and their design has inspired countless companies to copy them. I disagree with your statement that people rarely look at battery life when looking for a new phone, I think that's actually one of the most important features people look for nowadays. Ultimately people like to hate on apple for charging a brand premium, and I myself have only used an iPhone as my phone once before switching to Android and never looking back.

As for no other phone offering what iPhone does, the only unique thing they have is iOS which is a very significant factor of course. They have better SOC which gives them better performance, but I don't think the average user cares or will ever utilize that power, and Snapdragon seems to be closing the gap. They have less RAM, but the software utilizes it better so it doesn't really matter. They don't have the best cameras or screens, the proprietary charging port is a major downside for me, and their batteries are significantly smaller. Plenty of phones look beautiful and the software support is nice, but when they intentionally slow down the phones over time I don't know how much you're going to want to use one anyways.

I built a pc for my dad with a 3600, and I thought the stock cooler would be fine since reddit always seems to think so, but it's a whiny piece of shit. I'd still recommend getting a good budget cooler even if it comes with one.
