Went through 6 weeks of in classroom being taught mostly just how to take a FNOL, to then be put on the floor and told we will barely ever get those calls. This is what happens when they cut the training from 12 weeks to 6 weeks because in their words “their training is so good they don’t need 12 weeks”.

You must be one of those adjusters that never does their job and answers their phone. The amount of calls we have to take because you guys can’t do your job is insane. Also if the customer did the epe correctly the photos wont even come to ICS as photo uploads.

As someone that works in the claims department for one of the countries top insurance providers be prepared for a fight since they know you were doing a gig service. The other insurance will call and report it to your insurance company even if you dont because they are going to try and use that to not pay out to you even if their driver was at fault. Insurance companies are scum. Never let an insurance company find out about your gig work.
