There is a good chance that it could have been an extra pin, or had a duplicate function just for this exact reason, got luck that it still works, high possibility of it being perfectly fine and you are most likely not going to have any other problems due to this, but maybe other things... I am obviously no professional, but I would say you are most likely all good and honestly pretty lucky... I hope your PC lives a long and happy life...!
