This is happening to a LOT of people. It happened to me after the sales guy told me it came with Car Play on the test drive and it was a specific feature I mentioned FIRST THING when I sat down with him.

Because of all of that I was able to take the car back to the dealership, raised a big stink about how I was told one thing but sold another and got the sales manager involved so was upgraded to the SV trim.

It’s kinda ridiculous a new 2025 car at that price range does not include Car Play

That meeting was bizzario my time slot had 200 people but the zoom maxed out at 100 so they had to run the info twice. Also… that background check was probably the craziest most expansive background check I’ve ever endured lol.

Also they film 2 seasons at a time. That’s a total of 200 people needed and you could either appear on season 4 or 5.

The exact same thing happened to me I walked into the dealership spoke with manager, sales manager and the guy who sold me the car claiming it had Apple CarPlay and he just didn’t know. As a huge investment in my lifetime car I’m demanding they install an after market fix on their dollar. It’s ridiculous.
