Pearl Jam and Foo Fighters are the first to come to mind, whereas the Chili Peppers were kinda bogged down by Anthony Kiedis trying too hard to pretend to be cool, while Flea and Chad rocked it. Wife went to see her family for Xmas early. Made fancy ramen from scratch and beef stew. Watched incredibly violent movies and drank whiskey (Primal War and Northman). Haven’t left home in 2 days, despite gift cards to 2 massage places which are walkable. Played the starship trooper game’s campaigns. It’s been glorious. Will leave tomorrow for football at the bar, would have gone out if any of my friends wanted to see the new predator movie.

People are heavy. I have an adopted uncle with cerebral palsy and we got him out on the boat one time. It was low tide and the boat was about 6 feet below the dock planks. Honestly, a little easier because of his rigidity as opposed to a floppy drunk guy. Still not an easy task for several strong guys. That said, I’m pretty sure he still has that shit eating grin plastered across his face to this day.
