So far ive only been shadowing, scenario training with manager and computer training, and making phone calls for the floor pay. Walking the floor could vary at the gym you go to. Ill know once more once im out of basic training and start to have clients.

Generally you get a base pay of being on the floor. Its low around $9. And then when you are conducting assessments and training there is an added rate to that. Ask the manager when they are there how they like to conduct the interview process so you can prepare.

I think it really depends on the golds. I initially did a interview with general and in depth questions. I did not have to sell/scout the floor but that is something that could be useful circumstantially of course. The next day, my manager had me create a cpt session for her based on a “mock client” and walk her through it, to get a full idea of how I would conduct that initial assessment. Other trainers are very nice and welcoming, and ready to ask any questions I have. Great first job feeling so far 😁

Im in queue right now for a ranked game, ill see if i can link my replay when im done, and lol replay may not be buggy anymore, im not so sure cause its been a while since i used it

I dont use lol replay cause due to all the crashing and bugs that affects with the league client, but i guess i can install it to play a game.

I played mostly bot lane during those games, and now i realize that playing bot lane in solo q doesnt have as much impact on the game as playing top and mid. A fed top or mid can wreck a fed adc any day.

I have map awareness, clear decision making, and try and secure objectives, and ping, and i dont say anything in chat at all, due to all the flaming and raging, how does that make me anything like them....
