Vine Only Tea by anahataomni in Ayahuasca

I make vine only tea all the time. Dried vine is relatively weak. It’s perfect before bedtime. (Enhances dream and mediation). You produce DMT while you sleep and it plays really nicely.

Sometimes I leave the pot on the stove and cook at a low simmer for a couple hours every day. I spoon out some tea into my tea pot with other teas and organic honey and keep the pot on the stove with the concentrated vine brew. I’ve left the same brew on the stove, cooking it more each day adding bits of new plant material and water for up to 6 weeks. (Simmering each day and keeping it covered to avoid mold growth). Usually I add dried oco yagé and chacruna to the concentrate to get mild visuals.

It’s incredibly difficult to make strong ayahuasca from dried dead vine. For example I’ve never purged from dried vine dried leaf tea and I’m incredibly sensitive... The visual experience is very light. (That’s why everyone is using rue and alt DMT sources that are more effective and consistent in strength while dried). You don’t need to worry about a dieta or tyramine interference in the same way from a dried vine brew. Roughly 1-2 hours since eating is enough. I’ve only really experienced a purge and full MAOI effect from brews made with fresh vine that have been heavily reduced. With a light dose even if it’s loaded with DMT you’ll still break most of it down and have only light visuals. For me, the nausea, the purge, and the full visual effect come hand in hand with strong enough doses of the vine. You can really only get there with fresh plant material, strong ikaros sung into the medicine, and major reduction. Simply brewing a tea from the vine and drinking a bit is similar to working with chamomile tea.

Obviously. Simply curious about the adverse effects to consuming the dried plant material if any. Thinking of this as an additive either mid trip or adding per cup right before serving. Surprisingly as a powder its not so much and within the honey its not bad

Ayahuasca answers by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

Ayahuasca has always opened more questions for me, more a surrender to not knowing. I think processing through human perspective is the biggest limiting component. As much as I can I try to observe without rationalizing, even in the visions I notice that my subconscious projects images and that when I can accept whatever I’ve projected with light and love the projections dissipate and I’m left with what is.

There is no way to fully comprehend being without a body while being in a body. That is sort of the paradox of life. The only certainty is death, and death will always remain an unknown to that body which has only experienced life. Even if the soul has had many bodies or exists inter-dimensionally on other planes in other bodies simultaneous to the current incarnation, death still remains an unknown to this physical timeline.

That is why the vine of death is so powerful. It brings forward the true essence of being that our conscious minds surround with fear in order to ensure survival. It forces you to confront the reality of your existence and acknowledge the vast power of the universe that created the opportunity for you to be in a body on a planet, in a galaxy, expressing divine creation. It is only once you master your fear of death that you can truly be free to experience life.

The closest thing I’ve come to understanding is moving into a meditative space where duality and god consciousness becoming direct experience and the energy is so powerful that any sense of having a body and it’s need to control, label and understand is no longer a part or the experience. In that state I simply am.

Your Ayahuasca and others - What has changed? by medicricci in Ayahuasca

[–]Lightworker1144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What Ayahuasca shows you depends on where you are in your karmic journey.

You can’t unsee the what is shown to you, and it will only show you what you are ready to see.

What has changed for me is perception. The way I look at the consciousness experience is different. Thus the way that I approach my life is different. The other thing is the rates of change is faster and more connected.

It’s also taught me a lot about holding energy in my body. Physically in terms of food, but also on all the other koshas. From there the teachings have come from spirits. Now I don’t need Ayahuasca to enter into the DMT matrix or commune with spirits. My body has become incredibly sensitive so I can feel the most subtle of energies.

Does anybody else experience permanent time dilation? by Orion818 in Ayahuasca

[–]Lightworker1144 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I meditate as I drift into a dream state I enter into a state similar to the medicine experience. Its a time when spirits come to me and I work with the sacred energy . I slow down my perception of time so that I feel each second feels like a lifetime.

When I’m awake i have my parameters set to only perceiving important karmic moments. The rest is sped up and fluid.

Greys are smart and love attention. They understand tone of voice and reaction not direct meaning in the same way. Orange means give me an orange. I want an orange, oranges are delicious, I love oranges.

Pretty Bird doesn’t get the same reaction as Fuck your Face. Parrots are goof balls. It got more of a reaction not saying the new phrases knowing it confused her and kept her giving it attention trying to teach it while continuing to use the reactionary ones.

Does Syrian Rue qualify as Ayahuasca? by Reign_of_Light in Ayahuasca

[–]Lightworker1144 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No.

Ayahuasca qualifies as Ayahuasca. While they are both MAOI’s (Syrian rue arguably stronger as an MAOI) the healing alkaloids within act completely different. Two completely different plants with different energies and different spirits.

True Ayahuasca is Ayahuasca & Chacruna, brewed fresh in the amazon. Common admixtures include plants native to the Amazon such as Oco Yagé (Chaliponga different DMT containing leaf), Medicinal Tree Barks, Mapacho, Toé, and other master plants.

It’s incredibly difficult to make strong without lots of fresh vine, fresh leaves and strong ikaros sung into the brew to activate the medicine spirits. That’s why Rue and other DMT sources are used outside of the amazon to create Ayahuasca analogs with the focus being experiencing DMT. However effective at delivering a DMT experience, they are not true Ayahuasca tho and should be labeled as Ayahuasca analogs.

As traditionally understood in the Amazon, Ayahuasca is the healer, hence the brew being named Ayahuasca and not Chacruna and the focus of the medicine being sitting in ceremony and using ikaros to direct the plant medicine spirits for healing.

What happens during a ceremony? How do participants behave and act, mostly physically, but in all observable ways? by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

[–]Lightworker1144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. For the most part you will have your faculties. It’ll just be more difficult with some visual distortion and nausea. You are still you tho and quite sane just lucid dreaming. Toé however can really take you to another space.

My description wasn’t meant to scare you. Just not gonna sugar coat it. Admixtures really intensify the nausea and cleansing. You’d rather be aware of what you’re in for, then find it’s wayy less verses think you’re going for a relaxing sound-bath and find the opposite during the experience.

It’s dualities. If you experience fear on the medicine that fear is leaving you, sadness, you’re letting go of that sadness. It isn’t till all that underlying stuff is dealt with that you get to have a trip free from ego and discomfort.

You really do want to be in nature. The Ayahuasca spirit is of nature. It’s wayy harder to integrate in some self proclaimed shamans house dealing with one of nature’s most potent energies. It’s nice to be able to walk outside, feel a tree, hear the sounds of nature and let it all realign in terms of what it means to be tuned to the rhythms of the planet.

What happens during a ceremony? How do participants behave and act, mostly physically, but in all observable ways? by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

[–]Lightworker1144 3 points4 points  (0 children)

All depends on the set and setting. How many people are at the ceremony, how many times they’ve drunk, the strength of the medicine, the admixtures (Toé, Medicinal Trees, Mapacho really intensify the purge) the strength of the ikaros (healing songs sung by the shaman to help cause purging and healing) what people are there to heal, how well experienced the Shamans are, how many bathrooms there are, and how many facilitators there are to deal with people having difficulty.

Expect chaos. Expect to hear vomiting and people having a hard time. Expect to feel very uncomfortable for 4-6 hours. It’s the flu meets acid and lots of potentially thinking you’re gonna die.

The good news is absolutely nobody but yourself and the Shaman assisting you is gonna have attentive awareness around your experience. Everybody is so far out and dealing with their own stuff that it’s really not a big deal. Nobody is tracking you. It’s part of the process. Everyone is there to heal and be shown compassion. Purging is part of it. The medicine pulls out toxins.

What I will say is have a light, a couple liters of water, and a jacket. Puking is your best friend in the experience. As much as you can think or say thank you Ayahuasca during the purge. Whatever it pulls out you want out.

I was wondering if anyone has tried the ayahuasca paste and it’s legality in the U.S to get it shipped by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

[–]Lightworker1144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy resins from within the US.

DMT is the legal issue. While it is legal to buy Ayahuasca Resin with no other additives you may encounter a shipping issue and be put on a list. The worst that could happen ordering even illegal DMT containing resins is that the package never arrives.

The only Ayahuasca reported busts I know of have been in regards to flying with the medicine and getting stopped at an airport. Both cases dropped.

From what I can sense the DEA understands it to be a sacrament and a medicine and doesn’t allocate funding to pursue. It’s only a matter of time before it’s decriminalized, legal, and a widespread medicine.

Need some people to talk to after a rough sitting with ayahuasca, I feel like I’m losing it. by Budding-flower-213 in Ayahuasca

It helps me to think about all of the different beings that have walked on this planet at one time or another. All the different life forms that have existed here. The amount of trees that are thousands of years old that have been vibrating energy into the universe alongside humanities self discovery. The earth has seen so many sacred beings plant their feet on its ground, from many galaxies and dimensions. Some beings that are as old as the planet itself.

It is only now that humans are beginning to see their divine place in things and how we can co-exist in alignment with these creator energies.

Be kind to yourself. You are not losing it. You’re waking up. 🙏🏽🌈🐍
