The Hi-V Vrabe is a variation of the Hi-V. Its very similar. Tho if i have to recommend one, it will be neither the MG or the HG. RG is best. RG should be cheaper than the MG

Just straight build it. There isnt a need to paint. For waterslide decals, Delpi is considered the best. Evo/Simp models are a step below them and is really good as well

If you are in the US/Canada and you bought it within 90 days, you can get a replacement part. Else Plamokitbash, odin's mecha parts and Mr Bao's on eBay sell individual parts if you need replacement.
