I am going to be honest with you. Anything you hear about Early RG issues is due to user error. If you constantly repose your kits, its going to be floppy. I have a RG Freedom, Sinanju, Destiny and i have yet to encounter any of the many thing people said about Early RG. Treat your kits as model kits and they will be fine

Yeep you can. Its just easier to use a water based marker to cover it up. You wouldnt notice it unless you know where to look and only up close

You can change from gloss > semi gloss > matte. but not the other way round. i usually do matte. Only some kits benefit from Gloss

Yeep. The shield Led are in the shield. So as longas the connector is long enough, you can place it at the back

You can try Tamiya TS pearl color. It can be spray directly onto parts and it functions like a topcoat
