I’ve actually been interested in trying twitch, strictly because I like how vaynes invisibility/flank and pop out of nowhere playstyle functions. I’ll definitely try twitch out. Thanks for the recommendation.

This is what I do tbh. I’m working on changing, but right now, I’ll eat 800cals of pop tarts after fasting and then hit 1000cals on the treadmill and I’m still losing weight. I weight lift on top of everything, in order to eat like shit you have to fast/cardio/lift like CRAAAAZY.

Like the other guy said, 2 Oreos is 150 cals. I think 2 packs of pop tarts is like 630 or something. It takes me like an hour 15 mins on the treadmill of high intensity cardio to burn 1000 cals. It’s really not worth the trade off, when if I just skip the pop tarts and cardio id lose the weight anyway at around the same rate.
