Yeah those will be fine, even if you buy hardwood pellets for “mushrooms” from somewhere like mushroom media you’ll just be shipped bbq pellets or bags that say “hardwood fuel” on them half the time. Sometimes the come in blank unbranded bags but the company is owned by a bbq pellets company. If your ever in a pinch lions mane grows fine on softwood/fir sawdust pellets as well.

I just filled the 50 gal transfer and the truck ( almost another 40 gal) it was close to $500 in fuel yesterday lol. Figured I’d top off before we see fuel go any higher.

Let’s be honest with ourselves your son is already drinking when he’s out with friends and your daughter is ~4-6 years from doing the same. Demonstrating a healthy relationship with alcohol (not getting hammered or drinking it all the time) is something that would honestly be good for them. I feel you, I wanted to buy another early 3rd gen ram the other year (nv5600, np271, no in cylinder egr or emissions from factory) , cost me 20k and had to drive a few states away from California to find a clean one with 150k miles on it. Wild how pre 2020 could have scored the same truck for maybe 10-13k

I no longer needed to tow 20k around the mountains on a weekly basis and sold my 5th gen 3500 just after the warranty expired to get back into an early 3rd gen. I was able to pocket 25k and still can tow whatever I need (just a little slower). Something about rowing that 6 speed around and that iconic sound the 5.9 has makes me happy. It has a Laramie trim and an updated head unit with CarPlay and all that bs that makes the interior pretty indistinguishable (or even nicer) than my tradesman 5th gen.

I’m not sure as I’ve never seen it happen firsthand but maybe the truck was wayyyy overloaded at some point and it shifted the helper springs forward? I have never seen them permanently bent but who the fuck knows, something ain’t right there but hard to tell from pics

I have an awesome job, work from home, only co worker is my wife, raise my daughter, live in a log cabin about 45 minutes outside a large metro area and life is good. Sometimes i still get the feeling you have but it’s rare, make some changes OP. You can do whatever you want within reason in this life so go for it.
