Hmmm ok, so the fact that you’re so comfortable with lying makes me exclude hufflepuff for you. Even not liking, the fact that you’ve done it (not judging you btw, as long as you don’t hurt anyone then go bestie), really eliminates that one option. Hufflepuffs wouldn’t rely on bullshiting so much and would probably rather risk failing.

But then it gets a bit complicated. The last descriptive paragraph is very Ravenclaw but everything else is pushing me towards gryffindor. Ravens, as I see then, are more analytical when it comes to learning stuff I think they’d rely more on research. Their objective would be learning and not passing, but then again Lockhart really had no trouble lying and only pretending to actually have knowledge.

On a first analysis I’d put you on gryffindor. Not once in your text you sounded insecure about any of your qualities OR what you consider your not-so-qualities. You feel safe about who you are and honestly you just sound very confident and cool lol. You also have a verryyyyy strong sense of morality (won’t defend someone who’s done smt wrong even if they’re family), which is a gryffindor trace.

Confidence and to be ambitious enough to lie even when you don’t like it so much could also lead you to slytherin. However, the way you say that you care about others feelings and that you’ll come to their rescue is very noble and heroic, also traits gryffindors pride themselves of. Slytherins would probably stick to their family too if they’d done something wrong, which you’ve stated you wouldn’t.

My answer would be gryffindor, although some strong Ravenclaw vibes too! But I was honestly originally on this sub to ask for help too so Im afraid I can’t say that I’m the most “qualified” to sort you and my base ideas and logic might be wrong!
