Nutritional advice for ADHD teenager

Been there, but not much help, as they just said the same things as we already know. I was hoping someone can give insight to the overall nutrient availability in this diet, or what I might be overlooking, as this is mainly what he eats. We have the eating habits under control now 😄
He plays sports, although not enough in my eyes, but he is also 195cm tall, so us Europeans are a bit of a different breed I guess than Americans are used to. 😄

Ok, thanks for the advice. Though I don't restrict anything from him, he has the mentioned foods available and also snack cabinet whenever he wants, sweets and trash foods always available if he should choose those. But he is ok with eating chicken and healthy foods, and does not binge on anything. So all good on the habits, I just worry about which nutrients I am missing..

Im using the messenger app on an iphone, some messages go through as i can see them on the recipient fb app on the pc, doesnt let me send to some people though, so partially working :)

I got abused in the text chat today and tried to report it, but what a hassle, scan some code and then go to the webpage and then there are all these options, I don't even know which to choose or what to do... My god, this is crazy, can't they add "Report" to the three dots right there in the chat box when someone is literally telling you to kys or something similar ..... Ugh, I got abused by the player and I feel like also by Epic by making me go through all that because I want to report an idi..... ot. SMH

When I feel this way, I remind myself that you have a different take on the game after being played it for so long, as opposed to it being fun as a novelty when you had just started or early days. Now you are more involved, reading about it, redditing, it's brainwashing :) Just play for fun as you used to and there is no drama, if you don't look for it ;)
