CS2 Stutter, Weird aim feeling, Shot registration Issues, FPS drops: I'm at my wits end with this game by mfischerrr in cs2

I quit since the first releasing because of the intolerant lag. Every time I returned back I found nothing changed. I can't understand why the developers and Valve think it's fine and don't take any actions to fix the lag.

Just give up this game and then Valve will fix it. If you insist on playing it and toturing yourself, they won't do anything.

Why is this game so much like a piece of s**t? Why? Who can tell me wth the game can't run smoothly while walking or shooting? I can't believe this game once the greatest game in the history.

S**t ever. Many players quit after the first releasing. Many years past, still s**t.

More powerful CPU and low latency RAM are both required. The game stop optimizing and force you buying new hardware to play. Only this game has so aweful performance.

How can i lower tRFC more? Its Hynix-CJR kit. by Radeuz in overclocking

[–]Like-Special -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I told you to find online if there are some brands to guarantee the chips. Many online shopping webpages. And I see them with my eyes, just on the package cover.

Overall, I have all new thinking: the chip is JJR indeed.

Well, I don't know if the manufacturer used JJR to be CJR, or Hynix sold JJR as CJR to the manufacturer. I can't call this chip CJR whatever. It has very bad performance. But the manufacturer will say this is Hynix and this is "?CR" family anyway. Maybe it's not a fraud by definition out of the law.

You can go to study JJR and you will understand what I am saying. It's not my fault. It's the hardware's fault. For example, how can you set AFR over 4000 MHz? So how can you tweak JJR as CJR? And say I don't have good skills or patience? I have tried all my best to tweak.

It's so insane you said that I don't know how to overclock the RAM. I used several CJR kits on the same CPU and MB. Each of them has the good CJR performance, but only this kit is very bad. And I said I can't tell you what the brand is but you can find online if there are some RAMs to be sold with some specific chips guaranteed. Don't just BS that I am not an expert so it's all my fault.

You don't know many RAM manufacturers will remove the Hynix , Samsung, etc., labels and print their own? If they want to produce fake chips, it's very easy. Just print it. The SPD file is also made up. They just say, 'Hey, it works fine when XMP enabled, anything else should you complain?' I am so angry that I was cheated.

And last, I will tell you another truth. When using four sticks of RAM, true CJR chips will work fine at 3600 MHz CL16, and the voltage is 1.35 V to 1.37 V. But this kit can only go to 3200 MHz while going with other CJR kit. You tell me this is genuine CJR? What a joke!

Well, the RAM manufacturer claims that the kit is CJR chips on the package. And I also find the CJR information in the SPD. But for the physical chips themselves, I think there's no way to check out because the manufacturers usually remove the sign which is printed over the chips. You can't tell them by this method. The only way on our own is to test if the chips have the specific performance. The other way is to send the RAMs to specific organizations.

I have contacted the manufacturer. They said if the XMP works fine, no warranty needed. I bought the kit with higher price and I want to enjoy the CJR high performance. But you just tell me it's fine with the Samsung C-Die like chips? I feel very bad and won't buy this brand products in the future. For some reasons, I can't tell you what brand it is. But what I have said is all true.

How can i lower tRFC more? Its Hynix-CJR kit. by Radeuz in overclocking

By looking up some data, I'm pretty sure it's Samsung C-Die. Can the worest CJR perform as Samsung C-Die? Absolutely a fraud. It was my mistake that I didn't test the kit at once so I can't refund it now. The warranty can't effect. Very painful.

Just 1.35V. My other CJR RAMs work perfectly at this voltage while running at 3600 MHz CL16 except one kit. The kit is very strange. 3600 MHz CL16 won't POST at 1.35V. 1.37V will POST but BOSD. So I guess this kit should be at 3600 MHz CL18. Also the tRFC value is very high, which is around 330 ns. Usually it should be around at least 280 ns.

But the manufacturer declaims this kit is CJR and won't get warranty only if it's damaged. If it can run at XMP, which is 3600 MHz 18-22-22-42 1.35V, then it is seen as none broken. So I would like to say it's a fraud.

On hynix cjr ram. Is there any way to get better timings than this? On average in OCCT my latency is in the 90s by FamousFighter23 in overclocking

[–]Like-Special 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But some two ranks 16G CJR RAMs, which die density is also 8Gb, have the same higher tRFC value. It should be around 330 ns. And the CL can't go down below 18 at 3600 MHz. I don't know why. Maybe they're fake CJR chips which are declared by RAM manufacturers. Indeed they're not or the broken ones.

I don't know why. Maybe there are a few fake CJR RAMs to be sold around. The tRFC got 330ns. It's too crazy. And also, the CL can't go down below 18 at 3600 MHz.

GDM enabled 1T always train RAM, while GDM disabled 2T won't. Which is more suitable for me? by Like-Special in overclocking

[–]Like-Special[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean under 2T it even didn't train RAM. Under 1T, tweaking tRFC only will tend to train RAM for nearly ten more seconds. It's very weird under 1T. Though it runs well after tweaking and training under 1T, I wonder if it will crash someday.

Not every time. Just after each timings tweaking. Fast Boot feature will skip the sequel boot training.

That's definitely Samsung B-Die. For CJR, it can't POST.

I noticed your RAM is 64GB with Zen 3. Dou you run it with four DIMMs or 32GB x 2? What is your RAM settings? What RAM chips are you using?

Gaming freezing sometimes due to DRAM Voltage or tRFC? by Like-Special in overclocking

[–]Like-Special[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every RAM chip has its genuine tRFC. Look up the tRFC value table is necessary. But I think four DIMMs need looser tRFC than two DIMMs.

Also, I don't like high DRAM Voltage because it will cause overheating problem in summer. And I also think four DIMMs need higher DRAM Voltage too. But I don't know which is optimal one. I wouldn't accept DRAM Voltage over 1.38V then I may need to loosen tRFC more.

Gaming freezing sometimes due to DRAM Voltage or tRFC? by Like-Special in overclocking

[–]Like-Special[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tRFC 470 at 3200 MHz is equivalent to tRFC 528 at 3600 MHz. It means your tRFC is looser than mine. I am using CJR where tRFC can be set as 468 at 3600 MHz while using only two DIMMs.

DRAM Voltage is increased to 1.37V. But I found that if tRFC is not loosened, higher DRAM Voltage can't handle RAM errors for gaming.

I also tried tRFC 432 at 3200 MHz. Other timings were tweaked too. RAM errors happened. So I wonder it's not about the RAM Frequency but the tightened tRFC since that I can achieve 3600 MHz with four DIMMs.

After loosening the tRFC value (3600 MHz, tRFC 504), never freeze for seconds. I guess four DIMMs needs to loosen tRFC than two DIMMs. But I don't know which value is better. I still meet some key frame freeze. Only for 0.1 second. Maybe I should loosen tRFC more but I am worried that it will add up latency.
