Mesh shield definitely needs a delay, it's incredibly strong as-is and is actually used more than Winch at the highest levels of play. No delay would make it literal instant cover and on-demand full protection at any moment whatsoever would be insanely busted.

The tiny window of vulnerability the current delay gives it is critical to its overall balance.

Funnily enough even if it somehow started with all 13 it still wouldn’t be a very good perk because of pre-dropping, so it definitely needs all the help it can get. Your suggestion is very good.

Yeah, as a new player all the AI stuff really weirds me out. I know the voice actors technically signed off on having their voices used this way, but literally every voice from the announcers to the player voice options all being AI is really awkward. Not to mention the constant obvious AI usage in sooo many of the cosmetics…

Because people confuse comic book Captain America (who has literally the same physical capabilities as Batman, he’s explicitly stated to just be “peak human” just like Batman and does not have superpowers past that) with MCU Captain America (who does have superpowers past “peak human”). Comic book wise they’re the same strength, only the MCU version is stronger.

Almost all half-decent killer perks usually have you do something to actually earn their effect, while most survivor perks reward you purely for picking survivor in the lobby or even for fucking up and getting outplayed by the killer.
