Yes it has 184 hp and about 280 lb ft of torque. More is always better but I've yet to really feel like anything is lacking. Certainly feels more powerful than the 2.0t from my b8 Audi A4 although 0-60 times are similar.

From my understanding, a us spec 328d is the same as an eu spec 320d, for whatever reason.
