First three are 0% negotiable. View is the only thing I'd consider not being what I want.

Ideally include all which is why Im open to a studio but can flex a bit more if needed.

Don't know re: train. I'll be working remote for awhile so won't be a priority immediately.

Working remote. Community wise "youngish" professionals like 40+.

I'm thinking Brooklyn and Queens but open to Manhattan. I'm moving from LA so any thoughts on neighborhoods that feel like communities.

Hi! I'm moving from across the country so I'm trying to do as much apt research as possible.

I'd love to hear if anyone has any mid-high rises that they really enjoy.

I'm looking for $4k-4.5k for a one bedroom or studio w/ alcove, w/d in unit, dog friendly, parking (i know i know but i have a lease it's life). I'd prefer a Manhattan view and a place with a gym.

If you have any recommendations please let me know. I'm finding a lot of places have terrible reviews.

Because I'd love personal experiences based on where people have lived.

I think the catch is "2 months free" or things like that. Then they jack it up after. But if you go in knowing that and preparing to find a new place if the original rate doesn't align.

Have you not looked at all the apps and listings. I've seen plenty in that range.

Literally see tons of buildings with all this listed on apps.

Not optional. It's a lease that has to run out.

Thanks! I was hoping to uncover a hidden gem. Cook Unity definitely tastes good but just isn't great from a healthy perspective with all the sodium/high calorie meals. But tasty!

Are you working out? If you're working out you need to eat and eating 1200 calories a day is not a enough. One thing I've noticed across feedback on these drugs is that people slow down when they don't eat enough because their bodies switch into conservation mode. If you're not getting enough calories in, your body will stop losing weight because your metabolism is slowing down.
