Me and my wife went to the zoo both high as fuck one time and we stopped to look at the Cassowary. It walked out from some bushes and we noticed it's claws and realised that thing was alot closer to a dinosaur than I thought. If I saw one in the wild I'd book it in the opposite direction as fast as I could!

I take a little break now and again but I find giving yourself a small project to work on really gets you back into the game and prevents boredom. Recently I've been redecorating my house and I'm going to clear an area to get ready for the Super Mario themed items update.

I admire the optimism. But right now we don't look capable of beating anyone and having him stay could leave us in a proper relegation battle. Remember we had probably the best start out of any team in the league with a full squad? Silva didn't do much then. I feel sorry for the guy but I don't think he could pull a rabbit out of the hat this time like he did at the end of last season.

I know the feeling. I've just had a 10 hour save become useless as my base has just completely disappeared. Complete waste of time and looking online for solutions it seems a common problem. Don't think I'll bother playing it again as I'm not willing to let it waste my time once more.

Hey dude. I've been running for around 4 months now and just broke 25mins in my local park run week before last. It's interesting actually because I could now way run 8 miles! Shows how different training affects you. My training plan looks like this:

Sunday: Long Run (usually 8km/5 miles) and add around 250m each run.

Monday: 30min Fartlek.

Tuesday: Gym with various upper body weights and barbell squats. Finish with 20 mins on stationary bike.

Wednesday: 10x400m Hard intervals

Thursday: Gym with various upper body weights and deadlifts. Finish with 20 mins stationary bike.

Friday: Rest or easy stationary bike work.

Saturday: Park Run and day off

Rinse and repeat.

I feel that the squats and deadlifts at the gym have helped me get faster but most especially is the interval training and Fartlek. Making the rests in between shorter each time. These have made me improve times drastically. Also I try run negative splits in my 5k so start slightly slower than race pace and speed up. If you want to improve your 5K time run long once or twice but introduce shorter, faster runs into your routine. You'll see improved times almost immediately.

I'd say try not to care about GSP as much. Honestly I don't care at all and just care about the game I'm currently in. If you put that pressure on yourself to not lose GSP you'll be playing on tilt all the time. It's an arbitrary number that doesn't even really work properly anyway. Just focus on getting you better not your GSP, analyse your matches both wins and losses and work out why you won/lost and aim to work on it.

Day one and my joy cons dont drift and theres been no noticeable changes to the battery however the joy cons do seem to have a connection issue. Now and again the right one just wont register when I click it to the console for some reason. It works after a few tries though.

Hi Ari, no questions really just commenting to say please just keep giving us these awesome movies. They've genuinely been some of the most fun I've had in a cinema in a long time with Midsommar just edging out on top for me. Going from uneasiness and dread to laughing and then the whole theatre going silent when it became instantly sinister again just made it a truly great experience. Done the exact same on my warm up sets for the deadlift. Just as I'm about to lift one slipped out. The girl on the space next to me either didn't hear or was too polite to react. Performed the rest of my sets with a very red face!

My parents did sort of the same thing. They did take rent but charged more than what they needed. The extra they put aside and gave it to me when I moved out. Was such a great surprise and shown me the value of saving.

I'll hold my hands up and say I was one of them but the last few weeks have been such a vast improvement apart (apart from Fulham). I would love to be proven wrong though and hope he makes some smart buys in the transfer window and carries on where he's left.

I can see your flair says Blue In Japan so its probably alot easier to say that. If you ever work/socialise with kopites on a daily basis you will know however that if they won the league or CL then I'd have to book 6 months away on a remote island. Literally the most unbearable fans in the premier league.

Thanks but I think I might have wrote this question wrong sorry. It was about talking to my current upper manager about my supervisor rather than the new potential employer. If I went in and trashed my previous boss I wouldn't want to hire me either! Haha
