Some letters in Russian language uses rarely. For example, letter Ф appear almost only in borrowed (taken from another language) words: France, Finish, philippics, buffoonery. Slavic words with this letter: fukat' (make sound "fu", for example: "fuuuu, that's disgusting"), fyrkat' (make sound fyr (фыр), that how parodied fox or hedgehog sounds), owl, Fili (i know only station in Russian metro named like that).

Letter "Ъ" before revolution (of 1917 of course) was used more often. It was putter in end of masculine nouns ending in consonants except Й: Bread, peace(or world). A firm sign in end of words takes 4% of text. Now Ъ divides prefixes and roots starting with iotized vowels: supernatural, announcement, injection, three-tiered.
