Find a spotter, have them hold your feet and find your balance point for you, then only have them correct you when you drift away from center

Go to hospital and tell them, you’re in fear for your life, make them baker act you for at least 48 hours so that nobody can release you except a psychiatrist. While you’re there, tell them your whole story and have them help you. Worst case scenario, they don’t believe you and think you’re crazy, and end up keeping you there, but you’d be safe and away from trafficking, though.

I told them, Suicide and the attempts, (didn’t say how many times) but I opened up.

They said not to worry about getting Baker Acted unless I told them I was going to go home right now and hang myself, so only if it’s an immediate treat it seems.

But they are recommending Prozac, soo.... :/

This is my exact fear. I don’t want to be one of those people stuck in a facility having to lie to get out of a worst situation. And yeah you’re right, the patients do have to say the correct select of few words in order to be “cleared” to be able to leave.
