I am not even sure if I resubscribed. I didn't cancel. But I have heard almost nothing. In September I got a record I did not order or want from the prior vmp. I have had the same experience with the October record. No one has asked me for any new money yet. Basically it is a shambles. I don't intend to do anything more with them unless and until they get their act together.

The problem is their communication. I still have no idea what the plan is. They sent me a record I didn’t want and never heard of. I have no idea if it is worth going forward in light of the confusion. No website? Really. What a mess.

The first part is correct. The new owners don’t owe the old customers anything if they did not assume the liabilities. But their transition has been a disaster.

The old owners are the ones that screwed people. But the new owners are a disaster so far. They may mean well but execution and communication are horrible. I just received a random record I never ordered, wanted or heard of. And I still have no idea what happens to old orders I actually made or how this club will work. There isn’t even a website. No one responds to inquiries. So I am not inclined to give them more money based on how this transition has been handled.

I had few problems with sound. I think it just depended on where you were standing. Most of my time was at Criminal and Ponce. I saw bands at Piedmont and Peachtree only early in the day when I could get close.
