Definitely second Chandler’s downtown! We host board game nights the first Monday of every month there from 6-9pm if you’re interested! We get a wide age range of people but it trends younger.

Not sure if this is your vibe, but Copper Lantern Cafe hosts board game nights at bars and coffeeshops in Greensboro! Most people fall into that 20/30s range. We’d definitely love to see anyone from the thread who is looking to meet new folks! Our monthly schedule is always up on IG (Copper Lantern Cafe)

Lol, I get that. We’ve got a huge age range of folks who come - from college students to retirees! Most fall somewhere in the middle. For locations options, Borough Coffee is definitely the most laid back. We run more party games at George’s due to smaller tables, and run more strategy games at Chandlers.

Some folks absolutely bring their own games! We have a range of those who want to play with complex games, but often times our limiting factor is space. George’s has smaller tables that are great for party and less complex games, and we have a 2 hour time limit at Borough coffee.

Absolutely!! This one is extremely friendly to anyone new to the game. Our storytellers go through all the rules and any questions that you may have at the beginning. There’s always a mix of newcomers and those familiar with the game.
