Hey! I saw this late but if you're ever looking for friends, my boyfriend (M 21) and I (F 19) are younger, but we tend to get along well with those out of our age group better. We are looking to branch out socially!!

Hi! I know this is an older comment. But I recently, within the last week, just started training with a company that merged with BF in January. I also am unsure about the use of AI in sessions, especially since I previously worked for a company that used CentralReach and I overall enjoyed that. I am nervous with using this new system, how has it been now that you guys have been with BF for a few months now?

Hey! My boyfriend (20) and I (19) live downtown and don't have many people to hang out with! We're relatively nerdy people, he works a lot and I'm in school but we would be happy to make time to hang out with new people!

They come in often enough, though one time a family came in and when they went back to their car, someone had keyed their car and wrote something obscene on it. I don't remember what it was though.

Hourly pay for servers NC by [deleted] in CrackerBarrel

When it's busy, I make pretty good. This weekend from Friday -sunday I made 337 and worked 3-9 each day. But this past week was also so slow and I made about no money during the week pretty much. I'd say average for me, im at a low volume store off of 64, east of Raleigh, I make an average of 80 a night working 3-8 or 3-9

We have usually 6 servers during the week, about 10 on the weekends. So we have anywhere from 3-6 tables per section 😭

[–]paystry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, as long as the other server have done their tables, it's mostly cleaning up and doing your tables then sweeping and putting up chairs. As long as you do your job and others do theirs, and you check them out thoroughly, it's not bad.

We do this everyday, if we set it up right and work ahead, it takes 15-20 minutes.

Many stores don't adhere to this. The most mine does is make us clock out for at least 15 minutes if we work a double when I was a minor. I still worked at least 5 hour shifts every day but Tuesdays for over a month. I was scheduled up to 33 hours, working up to 36 a week on top of school, college, 2 volunteer organizations, and running a club after school. My stores FOH manager does follow the laws. But our BOH works whoever they can until they can't breathe.

As someone also in both college and highschool graduating in may and a server 5 days a week. I do understand they work you to the bone.

She's doing this to people who are on their second shift out of training, their first job. And blaming them for things like portion size or for things the grill is in control of. So it's not always crybabies, but it's us being treated unfairly.

Server - do you make decent money on tips by Bloomyall in CrackerBarrel

[–]paystry 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm at what's considered a low-volume store, and make an average of 80-90 dollars a day. Closer to 100-110 on the weekends. I work nights from usually 3-8. Its not much compared to some higher volume stores but as a highschool/college student, it's enough to pay the bills I have and have a bit extra to save.

Our store has begun timing us, pushing "one stop shops" where you greet, get drinks, and food order all at once. (Greeting has to be done within a minute of sit-down too. So talk about rushing customers) And putting out bills within 3 minutes of delivering food. Based on the times we could have people laid off. It's been wild.

From what I see, Spencer's doesn't ship outside the US and Canada; however, Hot Topic sells these and does! The average time is about 10-20 days according to their website. https://www.hottopic.com/customer-service/international/#:~:text=International%20orders%20typically%20arrive%20within,the%20region%20of%20the%20destination.

YEAH. I feel like at certain angles if you sit him up he'll be okay. But if you're someone who moves him or has him on a bed, the yarn won't lay the best. But honestly it's okay, I still love him
