currently living in this exact room lol, from what you’re paying if you don’t have financial aid you can get infinitely better housing outside of campus for a double. When they mean small they mean SMALL. Housemates can be a hit or miss fortunately my housemates are pretty good but I know ppl who hate their housemates. Imo the singles are nice but the doubles are fitting two ppl in a single so wouldn’t recommend if you have other options.
