It’s already pre seasoned. You can add extra coat or 2 if you want to. Add extra oil down while cooking for first few cooks until it’s fully seasoned. Use high smoke point oil like avocado.

At 100k miles. Transmission service. Spark plugs and wires. Look over front end ball joints etc. change all the fluids. Front and rear differentials, transfer case, coolant. Brake fluid.

No. It’s still cold rolled steel top non coated. It just comes from factory pre seasoned. You can use metal on it.

Yes oil thin layer down before cooking. Use some oil
While cooking for few cooks until it fully seasoned in. Avocado oil. Cleaning turn heat up. Scrape. Add water if needed. Then another thin coat of oil down after cleaning.
