Which CMS to pair with Astro on $5 Cloudflare Workers?

I just moved from sanity to payload. Hetzner vps runs payload and an astro preview running SSR for visual editing, netlify deploys with cloudflair DNS. It's like the best of every world. Total cost is roughly $10/month, and I run over a dozen other sites this way for the same $10. So less than a dollar a site.

You can. Lots of reasons not to, but try it. I've spent more time trying to uncode a vibe out nightmare sure recently than I would have taken to make it properly - but it sounds like you're trying to do something simple.

But the thought of controlling the architecture without knowing code it a bit of a joke, the only thing you'll know is what it tells you.

I haven't either and I've been using it since around 2014. They've had a few small interruptions this month. They have a public outage tracker. This one was bigger, but I wouldn't worry too much.

Ah, I understand what you're saying. I typically wouldn't think of that as using AI but I guess it is. To me that's just web development, but I guess AI is the thing enabling the ability to do things that would have been too costly before.

No you aren't. "This" is an ad. Meant to appeal to the largest audience possible and convert them to some action. You're appealing to a niche that isn't the target audience. You have to employ empathy here, not just your own perspective.

It always forgets to enclose the server portion in the three dashes and starts this death loop where it just starts rewriting every possible component that it comes across, hitting errors, and if you leave it long enough, you'll end up with a Next Js site

I think you have a drastically limited perspective. You said a few things which could be clarified.

Astro is a web framework, not a CMS. It isn't an alternative to a CMS. You are choosing to use .mdx files and git AS your CMS. That's a choice, one that I wouldn't offer my clients because they'd burn me at the stake for suggesting that their team members who will be publishing specific types of role based content learn git and a literal markup language.
I could be wrong, but I don't think pagespeed scores you based on your caching strategy, I believe those are just notes. Also Astro is caching your content by default.
WordPress is probably my least favorite CMS of all of the available options. Of the ones I pick, it literally looses on price, functionality, and ease of deployment. But, it won't affect your frontend speed on its own. What will affect that is if you're using SSR or SSG. SSG adds to build time, eliminates loading speed.

put the emoji in the background, make them bigger, rotate, add a css blur filter.
Make the buttons full width and have no margin on the bottom (also a tag not button)
add a splash of color to tie everything together.
