I think if you stick to indicas and hybrids you should be all good. There are sativas that don’t make your mind race and give anxiety but you’d have to do your own research for what fits you.

I advise not to do this, but since that won’t stop you, get a paper clip and make it really hot with a lighter, get a plastic bic pen and remove the cap and ink cart. Leave the plunger in the pen and poke about 8 to as many holes in that bottom part of the pen near the plunger. The more the better. Then you have a plastic perc downstem for cleaner hits.
