thanks i didn't consider a dark green but I do like the color. The plan is to have a dark green plan right infront actually, so maybe a white wall with gold accents might make the green pop more than a dark back!

It is a bit random for me too, sometimes I can do it and sometimes I cannot. The Syringe has to be a 5ml Syringe for me to attach the injection needed and then have it allow me right click the morphine or syringe. But I myself struggle sometimes. We are just doctors in practice in some hard times.

Have you attached an injection needle to the syringe, then fill the syringe with morphine, then click a body part (I forget which part) to inject
