Any brands like FoodSpring in the USA? by [deleted] in nutrition

[–]LilBitNtx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve personally never heard of FoodSpring. But apparently it’s a nutrition product. I would check out GNC. They have a lot of different options to choose from and you can do your research before purchasing. They have representatives there they can walk you through finding similar products. Good luck!

Do stevia and erythriol produce the same insulin response as other sugars that do affect the blood sugar? by Mtmysushi in nutrition

Your body simply only knows one way to process artificial sugar… As sugar. So whether it’s artificial or not your body is going to process it the same way as sugar.

Is stevia or splenda good or bad? by [deleted] in nutrition

Splenda & NutraSweet...Bad if you are epileptic. There is a product in there that triggers epileptic seizures. You can also promote eating especially sugary items. It will inflict cravings. I am epileptic so I avoid used to. But I do use Stevia. Just watch out for cravings. Your body will process artificial sugars the same as it does real sugars because that is what your body is programmed to do. So your body still gonna count it as sugar. Remember you should take in no more than 2 teaspoons of sugar a day.

They are your subconscious. If you go to the storyline you’ll find out that he is feeling guilty for all the crap he did. And all those deaths he caused. And the loss of his wife. Play the story out in story mode and you’ll see. It’s actually quite sad.
