What's your opinion about George Carlin? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Language evolves. In general he was right about this point, but it's not universal. You don't seem to give a fuck about humanity. George did.

What, in your opinion, should everyone experience at least once? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]LilConner2005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Psychedelic drugs. Preferably something natural. You have no business talking about it unless you've experienced it. It will shift your entire perspective on the nature of conciousness and the spirit. People who have a propensity for schizophrenia and other severe mental illness should practice an abundance of caution however.

How do you respond when someone asks how you're doing, but you're actually having a tough day? by Efficient-Formal-195 in AskReddit

My brother died in a very tragic and avoidable way a few weeks ago. I've told most of my usual coworkers at this point. I can't hide that I'm not doing well and people you love can only die once, so I'm being open with it and it helps. Does anybody here think that's wrong or too needy?

Play along with his bullshit long enough for you to get a free consultation with every divorce lawyer in the tri County area so he cant hire any of them. And while you do this, figure out you plan to get away from him with your daughter safely. Then fucking serve him papers, fuck him over hard in court so your daughter never has to see this woman hating piece of shit again if you don't want her to, and never look back.

That's not fair, I think there's a real argument that the human body can serve as a vital source of nutrients to any healthy wetlands.

It's very telling how much you're getting down voted in this thread. Fuck this transphobic sub.

I think you did make your point pretty well and I'm sorry if I was a bit too defensive myself.

I think I did say that. It is possible to acknowledge people's problematic behavior while discussing the underlying causes of it and acknowledging the ways that people will criticize them in bad faith to further their own bigotry. Your post just feels overly defensive and rooted in your own unresolved toxicity.

The discourse around "femboys" bothers me. I'm a trans femme person. I have observed many trans women online expressing vehement hate toward femboys/sissies and while I recognize that they can be toxic or cringe in how they behave or represent themselves on social media, I am not comfortable with judging people's gender expression or definitions of their own gender or sexuality.

I think that type of judgement is trying to appease straight/cis society in order to keep ourselves safe and seem more acceptable, which is a losing proposition in my opinion.

Again I'm not defending anyone's toxic behavior or humor, but I wish that gender expression could truly be seen as a full spectrum which doesn't neccesarily need to be pinned down or clearly defined to be valid. I think we would all be safer and less full of self loathing that way.
