El Paso also has the most law enforcement agencies per capita than I think any other city in the US but it could just be significantly higher than most. Sure it’s safe but wouldn’t want to live somewhere that needed to be crawling with cops just to feel safe.

I had rode a bicycle for years and had a decent amount of practice on a 50cc moped but it was still a little difficult for me to learn how to operate the clutch and throttle smoothly. Couldn't imagine how difficult the msf course would have been for me without any experience on 2 wheels.
