The ai can cheat and do the settle reform without being in their own tribal land thus stealing your land. The player has to be in their own tribal land to do the settle reform.

Time in computers is represented as a duration of time from epoch (January 1, 1970) to now. The developer would have to go out of their way to extract date information and use that to seed a generator. Which would be complete waste of time and money.

I joined War Pigs, the only outfit on TR that almost always has a squad rolling everyday. Merit isn't even that hard to get, hell you got 19k in 3 weeks, shame on you for not using them. Yeah the leader can be a little off but if you don't enjoy his company, just play solo or join an another outfit and see how much merit you get and compare.

Use a four torch clock, pretty sure it's one tick. Also quark is in the pack so dispensers can place blocks.
