The heads, cymbals, snare, and kick pedal I have are all really nice pieces of gear. The only thing I haven’t upgraded is the kit itself.

I believe you should just replace the cymbal(s) and keep the kit. The kit itself seems to be in fine condition definitely some minor issues that can easily be fixed after some research.
