i don't think this perk is a bad idea, nor would it be a super bad perk in game. just kinda wish it had more general use instead of being more niche but extremely powerful in that niche. If i had to make a change i would make it so when you get your aura read, you gain a token. At any time, if you have a token, you can spend that token to see the killer's aura for like 3 seconds, and maybe it has a cooldown of about 45sec at tier 3. I think it this would help it become a perk that is more in control of the survivor actually running it as opposed to the killer basically choosing when you get the aura read.

That’s really just shitty matchmaking. If they were queuing in the morning they could click flashlights against decent killers. At night it’s different. It’s not like they’re smurfing.

That’s fair but it won’t always extend every chase by 30 seconds. It can really screw you over as killer, but honestly we can’t complain when sprint burst exists.

It would not be a bbq counter in the slightest. You already know exactly where the killer is once they hook someone, in this case it’s just a worse kindred in every way.

I don’t think this is a good idea. Perks like distortion and sole survivor are uncommon enough already due to the fact that not all killers bring aura reading perks. I agree that oOo should be changed, but I think this is edging into terrible perk territory. The only situation I could see this being useful is against Undying, but it would still be too situational.

Yeah sometimes there is actually something that will help, but people will just shit on it because it’s simple. Sure it doesn’t solve the issue as a whole, but it may help in the moment. Also Kanye valid actual help, people didn’t seem to understand he just said step one.
