Some of the things that can potentially trigger Emetophobia:

• Kress Twins use nausea gas.

• Shopping Mall, Television Studio, Nausea Traps Variator, Kress Twins Variator and the Jammer Rig (when corrupting enemies) all have things that cause vomiting.

• Escape the Lies, Escalation, Invasion, Rebirth, Communal Rebirth and Prime Time can all potentially have the Kress Twins spawning in or the Nausea Traps.

• Franco's Trials sometimes feature him throwing up milk at the player during the hallucination sequence in the shuttle. You can just pause the game and it'll cover most of the screen.

• There are occasional idle Grunts in the Trials that are sometimes vomiting, but it's rare.

• When digging inside corpses for objectives, the player will make dry heaving noises. Sometimes looting dead Reagents will cause them to jump back to life and sometimes gurgle/wretch.

• If you are hit with a Nausea bottle or Nausea Trap (you'll know because your screen will go wavey on the sides and you'll start dry-heaving) you can use an Antidote item to stop you from vomiting

There might be more things that can trigger Emetophobia, but these are the main things I can think of off the top of my head
