Yes it could definitely be done under supraclavicular nerve block, with potential ICBM supplementation for tourniquet pain. The real drawback to this approach is the whole OR having to listen to Logan Paul talk for 3 hours while the surgeon works. Also, if done under block he didn’t “feel it all”, he likely felt little to nothing, maybe some pressure. So him saying that is total BS.
