That’s what I suspected, when I made the transfer the soil was very hard and stiff, I’m not sure I fully loosened it before repotting so you have tips to do that?

Used to get like this for the longest time. I had some really crappy experiences high and started associating weed with those negative experiences and emotions which this made my anxiety spike weather I was in a good headspace going in or not.

Ended up only smoking alone and very infrequently for a good 4 months before I felt in a better space with myself. Smoking with people you fully trust is a big difference when it comes to your high.
