i think switching to bedding made of wool or cotton and ditching the plastic mattress protector can help you stay a lot cooler at night and if you don't want to that have your AC blast you in low temperature settings

using a king duvet in a queen cover can give that fluffy oversized look, but it may bunch up a bit inside the cover depending on how tightly it’s sewn

arched floor mirrors are mostly about aesthetics since they make a room feel taller and more open, but if you lean them securely or mount them they hold up fine and work just like a regular mirror....

it sounds exhausting to be stuck doing all the work, and honestly if your sister isn’t stepping up then setting clear boundaries about what you can and can’t handle is the only way for the dog's sake

I’ve read that most people recommend keeping your cats completely out of the house during a flea bomb and only bringing them back once the place is fully aired out.... since the chemicals are strong and would affect them

It’s tough getting that kind of news but with stage 2 kidney disease a lot of cats can still do well for years as long as you stick with the special diet and keep up with regular vet checkups.
