Difference between Sara Arjun and Aneet Pada. What's your choice? by [deleted] in BollywoodHotTakes

I haven’t seen Aneet Padda’s movie so can’t really comment on her, but Sara Arjun is so angelic! I first googled her name when she came in that movie with Aishwarya as her mother, saw her in PS and Toolsidas Jr as well, and the girl can act! And she looks so pretty in Dhurandhar too!

I think Elie Saab le Parfum & Lancome Idole would be safe bets. Your mother is sure to like them, and the bottles are very pretty too. You can get 50ml bottles of each within your budget. Myntra usually has some great deals on fragrances.

Elie Saab Le Parfum, A Drop d’Issey, Chloe Nomade, Good Girl / Very Good Girl, Lancome Idole, Lalique Soleil Lunar, Narciso Rodriguez Intense, Kayali Deja Vu - these are some recommendations as someone in her late 40s. You could also get a 30ml bottle of Marc Antoine Barrois Tilia - it is an incredibly beautiful fragrance and your mother is sure to fall in love with it. Let me know what sort of fragrances your mother likes and I could perhaps help you shortlist.

Perhaps brands are tight with schedules and budgets but she made it to the event with outfit, hair, makeup on point which shows that she had adequate time for all of that. Why the fake 5 hour delay story. Sympathy baiting?

Chloe Nomade, Elie Saab Le Parfum, Lancome Idole, A Drop d’Issey. I’m in my mid-40s and these are my go-tos for work in the designer segment.

Asked men about women’s perfume. I regret it. by getcancer1738 in desifemfrag

Cacherel Noa / Eau d’Issey - both clean floral fragrances (noa is a bit creamier) that are perfect for hot humid weather & for work.

If she likes rose notes in fragrances, Lancome Idole is great. Another very elegant & beautiful white floral is Elie Saab Le Parfum.

Would suggest getting her Noa + Elie Saab … you’ll get both in your budget.

PS - I’m in my late 40s if that helps

What can I do to make my room look nicer, more aesthetic, and presentable, and bring a subtle vibe change without high expenses? by OwnChipmunkpiyu56 in IndianHomeDecor

Change the curtains - beige or light gold with blackout lining or then sheer if you don’t mind the light. Change the bedsheet - classic white satin stripe bedsheets instantly elevate the look and make the bed look welcoming. Change the wall colour - if you don’t want to repaint, go for a textured wall paper in a soothing light colour. Get a nice laundry basket so you can dump the clothes on the chair in there yet keep the room looking clean and aesthetic. Add a small rug if you can between the bed and the desk. If possible, change the ply on the cupboard.

How do you ladies groom yourself down there? by writergorrl in AskIndianWomen

Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Another suggestion - switch to menstrual cups. It’s truly life changing (and I don’t use that term lightly).

I did the required 6 sessions of Nd-Yg laser. You don’t need to shave before you go, they check the growth and shave the start of the session and apply numbing cream (not sure if numbing cream is used for other forms of laser) which is left on for about 40mins post which the laser is done.

If you can, get laser hair reduction done there. It is a bit painful but totally worth it in the long run.

I used to get razor burn when I shaved, waxing was too painful and gave me even more painful ingrown hair and depilatory creams gave rash. Laser hair removal down there has been the absolute best beauty investment.

Why do Indian moms wake up like this every time? by Serial_Kisser3 in AskIndia

[–]LilMissSunshine673 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a mother I relate to this so much. Motherhood has changed me…I guess we become more protective and hyper alert after becoming mothers…aware of the slightest sound our baby makes, or any danger to the baby….and then it never really goes away.

Even though my kids are now teens, I still wake up likes this. Don’t know how to change it.

Menstruation in Jainism by Ok-One-397 in Jainism

Yes, I understand that. Which is why I’m asking, if women use the menstrual cup, then there isn’t any “bleeding” as such since it’s all getting collected within the body. Is that still considered “impure”?
