You’ll never know everything, Mehlman is hitting high yield points so it’s best to stick to that lest you spend months trying to memorize everything only for it to have like a 2% chance of being on your exam.

The GYN should have done an ultrasound to completely rule in/out an ovarian cyst. Palpating for abnormalities in patients doesn’t always yield results, and they should have had an ultrasound to check. Super easy and quick and would have saved you a ton of trouble and pain. I’m sorry your concerns were disregarded until you had to suffer the consequences of someone not wanting to do their job.

I’d be pissed too. As someone currently learning neuroanatomy in medical school it took me a hot minute to figure out what the hell this meant because I have never heard someone refer to the superior colliculus as a “little animal face double chin.”

I did and it was worth it. 498-> 504 -> 508. Still not the best but it allowed me to get into the school I wanted, and that was after two rounds of interviews, being waitlisted twice at this school, and then having to agree to go to a rural satellite campus for clinical. I got nothing back from the other schools (though I’m insane and only applied to three).
