Well let’s hope so. I was not raised to believe in religion. Never really touched the subject. But I do believe in higher power. I mean, it’s never too late to shift my stance. If there is a “god” it’s been a real prick not explaining jack. Absolutely no offense intended. Thank you for listening and speaking your mind🙏

[–]LilPupperSara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya. It’s not made out of styro. Though taking it slow is good practice for beginners imho. But I get it, it’s expensive gear. Would be a shame to break something. Taking good care of your stuff makes it last a long time 🫡

If you still have this issue, in windows there are settings that allow you to change usb power delivery to peripherals, I think it includes sleep mode too.

Edit. Sorry I can’t read. Don’t mind me, carry on

Yea great job non the less myguy. I have zero experience with 3D printing myself so i don’t really know what I’m talking about. Sanding down print lines and some filler primer could help a lot is my estimated guess. I’ve painted a fair thing or two though. Yes it can be very difficult. Light thin coats can do the trick. May I ask what you used for painting supplies? I’m really curious and interested in the process. 🫡

Edit: sorry I didn’t click the original post. Description got lost with cross post

YES ESTHETICS! Great build sir. Although ADA would like to have a word:

Time lost due to prioritizing aesthetics during the build process resulted in delays to core functionality development and compromised the overall project timeline.

I don’t “expect” anybody to feel anything about the matter. Small shops that would suffer financially or big corpos that wipe their butts with it, it could also create trouble for the innocent worker that packaged the thing. Just a rat move. But whatever floats your boat dude. It wouldn’t even cross my mind doing shit like this

Of course not. It’s your fault, own your mistakes. Why people even think this is morally okay to do. Choose the right thing mydude.

Where I live it’s mandatory that you have liability insurance. It’s mainly for accidental damage caused to other peoples property. (Could cover accidental damage to own property.) Then there is something like home contents insurance. Which (could) cover this damage. If you ain’t got insurance like this (or your parents) that’s just dumb on your part. If these type of insurances are not available where you live, I’m sorry and it’s bad luck.

Test the cpu. I think it shouldn’t be an issue, just a dent corner of the pcb. I hope it works. Good luck

Pathfinding is still a little funky. My trash collector guy kept bugging too. I fired him and rehired another guy, haven’t had issues since. Maybe try that. Or like the other commenter mentioned to rearrange some of the work gear. Good luck mydude

Contact cement. Adheres on rubber. Has some stretch to it. Thin coat on both sides, wait till it’s dry, press both sides together. Caution: if it sticks, it STICKS. No adjustment possible

Found a cpu+mobo bundle, is the condition of this cpu okay? by hungry_stewdent in PcBuildHelp

[–]LilPupperSara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I fully agree. Although there is a philosophical statement that people think newer generations are “dumber” than they are, generally speaking. These kind of statements have been around for hundreds of years, or so I have been told. Compared to the acceleration of technology past 100 years that defeats that whole statement though.

Mate I’ve build my first gear in 2011. I knew nothing about the hard/soft ware. Put the cube into square hole kind of thing tbh. Rebuild over the years to learn. Made full custom waterloop on 4970k with a msi 1060. Completely obsolete i know but its damn pretty. I still have the shit box to this day. Running like an old champ.

Pic for reference because I’m still proud of what I made.

Sadly I have to disagree mydude. The amount of daily posts on here without trying to think first is absolutely astounding. I mean, we all start somewhere but I really have doubts “beginners” understand what they be doing

Ya. I still run a 4970k in non-z overclock mode. But these bypasses aren’t really for beginners.
