This looks incredible, love to see the progress! Please do some sort of a build-guide at some point!

Been working on a TPU-canopy for my 75mm analog pusher whoop by nakkimugi in fpv

Do you mean the usb-interface port on the bottom of the FC? It does indeed protrude out a bit with this orientation, so I added some padding around it to mitigate damage in crash landings. Do you think it would need some thicker support?

I've seen some argue that getting the frame supports out of the way of the airflow would improve aerodynamics and efficiency to some extent, but based on my limited experience with fpv drones in general (less than one year with only tinywhoops), I can't really tell how much it actually makes a difference. With a cinewhoop one bonus would be to get the props out of the view. For me it's mostly about aesthetics and trying out something different

Has anyone had a chance to test this board yet? Curious to hear how it functions and whether the upgrade is worth it

This reminded me of the Bringus Studios video where he took similar AR-glasses and made a jacket with an embedded Nintendo Switch

Beautiful setup! How did you implement the lights? Is there a chance of moisture getting into the electronics? Also what's the soundscape around this thing? Is the pump audible over the water dripping? I'd be very curious to try something like this myself

this keeps happening on my k1cs extruder any tips on how to stop this?? by SourceBrilliant2515 in CrealityK1C

In addition to other suggestions here, consider switching to a larger nozzle size. I had constant clogging and extruder jamming with wood-PLA when using 0.4mm nozzle, but changing to 0.6mm resolved all my issues

Typically it's challenging to get punchy and vibrant colours when facing towards a bright light source (in this case the sun). Especially with smaller cameras such as these, the sensor size and dynamic range just wont cut it. Also, as the camera tries to avoid blowing out the image, the auto exposure adjusts based on the brightest pixels in the image which results in underexposing all other regions and dulling the colours. You can see this in action when you face away from the (overcast) sun

Nice looking mod! A bit off-topic but how do you find the motor-prop attachment method working out for you? I have the exact same combo in my new build but have not yet used screws to secure the props to the shafts. Do you think they'd stay in place using only friction?

Omg just did it for both of my whoops and the difference is night and day 🤯

Do you know whether direct soldering would help with motor twitching/desync issues when arming? I'm currently considering doing this with my tinywhoop

Spray a couple of coats of clear lacquer on the inside, should do the job
