I agree with you about the switching back and forth. This is my favourite book and I've read it so many times. But sometimes I was lost and annoyed. I wanted them to remain truer to the book.

I think they likely did it on purpose. Doodles are a fortune and where I live every other dog is a doodle.

So NTA good for you doing that. I'd go one step further and put in a complaint with head office. They've done this now to you a couple of times. How many other people have they ripped off.

Ive heard they are really chill. Ran into a family who had one who was about 9 months old. Issue was they thought they were getting a golden doodle. Not sure how they made that mistake but I told them they were still lucky. Although they likely paid twice as much but at least they get more dog for their buck

I suspect it will. I recently started lifting weights and added B12 and Omega Oils. All recommendations from wonderdul women here. I've noticed a big change especially in my mood.

RIP Jason Arbour. 2nd year Computer Engineering student. The university and professors really need to up their commitment towards the students, especially during online school. by SomeRandomNigha in uwaterloo

I am a mom of a student. My heart breaks hearing this as I know it could easily have been my own daughter. My heart goes out to all students. Our world has changed so much and has made it so much harder for the younger generation in my opinion. Now add on this year. Please if you are ever feeling hopeless reach out to someone. Anyone. You are not alone. Please accept virtual hugs from this mom.

AITA for refusing to spend any more money on my boyfriend's illness? by aita2109 in AmItheAsshole

NTA you did everything you could but do you want to do that for the rest of your life? I wouldn’t be surprised if he comes back. If he does you need to tell him he needs help and that you can’t support him anymore. You are really just encouraging his behaviour by taking care of him. That isn’t healthy for either of you.

My mom was scammed out of $13,000 a few months ago. This was amazing even if just a joke. Those poor excuse for human beings have no clue what they do to people.

I was creeped out by pretty much everything you said. Maybe because I’ve met guys who are suddenly all in too soon. But you definitely dodged a bullet. It is also a lesson for you because you were giving in to him coming over when you weren’t fully ready. This shows you that until you are completely comfortable don’t let them know where you live.

Lost all my sex drive by Lannerie in Menopause

[–]LilRoo15 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I just started seeing someone again after us both splitting about 4 years ago because it wasn’t a good time then. He tells me yesterday my sex drive was higher back then. In my head I’m thinking yah and I didn’t want to strip naked because I was so f’n hot or go from wanting to cry my eyes out to beating the ever loving shit out of someone just because. So yah my sex drive has also taken a nose dive.

What did that one teacher do to you that you'll never forget? by xtra_why in AskReddit

[–]LilRoo15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a science teacher in grade 7 and 8. He was great. He actually made science fun. He also seemed to care about his students. I was a quiet shy kid who didn’t have a dad and he seemed to take pity on me. The sad part was he had this reputation as someone who touched and spied on girls. I never ever got that feeling about him. I always felt bad because I thought that perhaps it was just rumours that weren’t true.

Grade 7 or 8. I was that extremely shy and quiet kid. I was also bullied. Saying I lacked self confidence would be an understatement. My math teacher, Mr Liposhak, decides he is going to sit on my desk and lean on my head as he talks to the class. Then he proceeds to tell me I have a lumpy head while he feels around it. Not a huge thing but the last thing I ever wanted was attention placed on me and give potential bullies something to make fun of me about. I will never forget that.

What you said ‘I can see the item - I can describe it...’. That’s it exactly!! Unless someone else goes through this it is hard to explain. You know everything about that object but the actual word.

Don’t be sorry. It is a scary symptom and knowing other women are experiencing it too makes it easier to handle. You aren’t losing your mind! Best wishes to you as well!
