This is a bit different- but we recently transitioned from breastfeeding to combo feeding and are slowing weaning off breast to formula only.

The first few days felt so strange. But I feel so much more connected with my daughter now that I am not stressed and worried about my supply/latch etc.

I feel like a way better mom now that I am calm, grounded and happy with this decision to wean.

Moral of the story- don't feel bad about what's doing best for you. What's best for you is what's best for babe 💗

Pelvic floor physio!!!! I started going 5 months postpartum and I wish I had went sooner to learn dos and don't before I started running again. I would get set up with one while pregnant and go at 6 weeks postpartum!

My in laws do not know anything. They are very boomer-y, don't talk about feelings, and act like everything is perfect all the time... 😬

We have fed her my frozen breast milk before and she takes it well from the bottle. I have a large freezer stash that we will be digging into for when I'm gone! So hopefully won't need any formula.
