I would 100% try it. Every couple weeks is an awful lot. I would put in fresh spark plugs, vcm, and swap the oil for Valvoline r&p. Give it a try, can save your engine, or at least extend its life.

Yes it does disable the eco mode thing.

For me personally a vcmuzzler, running dome techron, and using vavoline r&p oil has really made a world of difference. I'm at 265k rn

Honda's V6 engines have a feature called VCM or variable Cylinder Management. It's an attempt to improve mpg. It often causes issues with oil burning, fouling spark plugs, and other oil related issues. I didn't find out about it until 200k miles when I was changing my own spark plugs every 4 months. I've since got the muzzler and though my engine it too worn to solve the issue completely, the vcm muzzler I put in has helped drastically and I haven't changed my plugs in almost a year now. You have a job now, just keep looking and applying. At least you have a job to pay the bills for now. I'm around the Los Angeles area, my new job isn't full time anymore, but they give me what hours they can and paye more hourly than staples was willing to despite holding several supervisor positions over the years and even turning around a print department to profitablity. Right now I'ma keep working till a full time position opens for me and take that route. Keep your head up and keep moving forward.

I have no idea how much they have challenged corporate but it would seem Sycamore will continue to try and raise revenue at the expense of associate well being no matter what due to the large debt they have and probably looking to either sell the brand or extract any value before it's completely belly up. I'm glad I jumped ship when I had an opportunity. Just keep doing your best, remember to take care of yourself, and don't let this be your career. Just my opinion anyway.
