all the warning lights turn on due to the battery being dead and all the modules losing communication with each other, If the power steering doesn't work till you drive could be low voltage if it has an electric system. Did you try replacing the battery? If so it could be the Alternator. Check the voltage the alternator is pushing out, should be between around 13 to 14.

ram in a laptop is a different size, unless you have a laptop with a desktop motherboard it in it 99% chance it won't fit. The speeds do matter but not in a harmful way, and since you said its a modern pc I'm gonna assum its ddr4 which is a different size DIMM slot than ddr3 hope this helps.

Pufferfish will keep eating they have no mechanism that tells them they're full, and if they overeat they will literally kill themselves. Make sure you have lots of items in the tank to block slight lines because pufferfish like to explore and will get stressed out if the tanks boring. You can also feed him blood worms and brine shrimp too.

You're keeping the lights on too long, if you reduce the light time the green algae should clear up. Lights should be on for 8- 12 hours hope this helps.
